What Photo & Video means for your business

People judge a business quickly, and much of that judgement is visual. A sharp portrait of the founder, a clean image of a product or a short film that shows a team at work can establish credibility faster than a page of text. Poor or mismatched imagery does the opposite, however good the service behind it.

Visual content also carries a long tail of use. A single well-planned shoot can supply a website, proposals, social channels, presentations, recruitment pages and printed material for a considerable time, provided it was planned with those uses in mind and delivered in the right formats.

Omnisphere produces photography and video for businesses that want results that look considered and consistent. We plan the shoot before the camera comes out, direct on the day with minimal disruption to your operations, and take care of editing and delivery, so you receive material ready to use.

Who this is for

  • Companies refreshing a website or brand who need current images of their people, premises and work.
  • Professionals who need dependable portraits and team photographs for profiles, proposals and press.
  • Product and service businesses that want clear imagery and video to explain what they offer.
  • Organisations preparing promotional films, event recaps or recruitment content.
  • Property professionals who need polished visual material to present listings and developments.

The problem

What businesses typically run into.

Problems
  • Stock imagery that says nothing

Generic photographs of handshakes and laptops make every business look alike and give visitors no sense of the people they would be dealing with.

  • Uneven quality over time

Phone snaps, an old shoot and a few supplier images sit side by side on the same page, producing an unplanned and slightly untidy impression.

  • Shoots that disrupt the day

Businesses worry that photography will interrupt customers and staff, so they put it off and carry on with outdated material.

  • Video without a purpose

A film made because it seemed a good idea, with no clear audience or place to be shown, usually ends up unwatched.

  • Footage that never gets finished

Raw material accumulates on drives with no one to edit it, so the investment in filming is never fully realised.

How Omnisphere helps

How we address it.

How we help

Plan around use

We establish where each image or film will appear and in what formats before shooting, so you do not discover later that the crops or lengths do not work.

Brief and shot list

Every shoot has a written brief and a prioritised shot list, agreed in advance, so the day runs to a plan and the essentials are always captured.

Light-touch direction

We direct people calmly, especially those who dislike being photographed, so portraits look natural and the team feels at ease.

Respect for operations

We schedule around trading hours, take care with customer privacy and agree what may and may not appear in frame before we start.

Finished, not just filmed

Editing, colour, retouching, captions and file preparation are part of the job, and we deliver organised, named files for each intended use.

Capabilities

What Photo & Video includes.

Capabilities
  • 01

    Corporate Photography

Our corporate work includes executive and team portraits, workplace and premises photography, event coverage and images of services being delivered. We discuss the impression you want to create, advise on clothing and setting, and shoot in a way that suits your environment, whether that is an office, a workshop or a clinic. Portraits are consistent across the team so that a profile page looks coherent. Final images are selected, retouched in a natural style and supplied in sizes appropriate for web, print and presentation use.

  • 02

    Commercial Video Production

Commercial video covers company introductions, service explainers, product demonstrations, customer-facing guides and short social pieces. We begin with the message and the viewer, then write a short outline or script, plan locations and talent, and film with suitable lighting and sound, since poor audio spoils otherwise good footage. We suggest durations and formats for each platform and plan versions in advance, such as a longer film for the website and shorter edits for social channels. Where voiceover, subtitles or music are required, we handle them with attention to licensing.

  • 03

    Property Videography

Property videography presents homes, commercial units and developments in a way that conveys space, light, layout and surroundings accurately. We plan walk-through sequences, exterior and detail shots and, where suitable and permitted, aerial footage. Our focus is clarity and fair representation, so that viewers form an accurate impression. Finished films are prepared for listing platforms, websites and social channels. Property advertising is subject to applicable regulator and agency guidelines, and responsibility for compliance rests with the client; we will flag points to check but we do not provide legal advice.

  • 04

    Promotional Content

Promotional content is produced to support a specific launch, offer, event or season. We create sets of photographs, short clips and motion-ready assets that share a visual treatment, so a campaign looks unified across channels. Planning covers the message, the call to action and the variations needed for different placements. Because promotional pieces are time-sensitive, we agree turnaround expectations at the outset and organise the shoot to capture a generous range of material in a single session.

  • 05

    Brand Storytelling

Brand storytelling uses film and photography to explain why the business exists and what it is like to deal with. This may take the form of a founder story, a behind-the-scenes series, a profile of how a product is made or a collection of customer-facing moments. We look for the true detail that distinguishes your business, conduct interviews with care so people speak naturally, and edit with restraint. The aim is a recognisable human presence rather than an advertisement dressed as a documentary.

  • 06

    Video Editing & Post-Production

Editing shapes the final result as much as filming does. We cut footage to a clear structure, balance sound, colour-match shots, add titles, subtitles and graphics, and prepare exports for each platform. We also work with footage you have already shot, turning raw material into finished pieces, and we can refresh older films with new cuts and captions. Photographs receive consistent retouching and colour treatment. Revisions are managed through an agreed review round, and project files are organised so that future updates are straightforward.

Typical engagements

Situations we are often asked to help with.

These are illustrative scenarios, not client case studies. They describe the shape of the work we typically take on.

Scenarios

A website refresh needing real faces

A boutique agency with a team of a dozen is redesigning its website but has only mismatched headshots and a handful of stock photographs.

What we would do: We plan a half-day shoot covering consistent team portraits, candid working images and a few premises shots, then deliver cropped, retouched sets sized for the new site.

Explaining a service on film

A specialist clinic finds that new clients keep asking the same questions about what a first visit involves.

What we would do: We script a short, reassuring explainer with the practitioners, film at the clinic outside patient hours, and prepare a full version for the website with shorter edits for social channels.

A launch needing a full asset set

A food and beverage brand is opening a new outlet and wants visuals ready for the website, social media, print menus and press outreach.

What we would do: We prepare a shot list covering dishes, interiors and the team, shoot in one coordinated session, and supply organised files with video cut-downs for each channel.

Footage in storage

A training company has hours of event recordings but no time or editing skills to turn them into usable content.

What we would do: We review the material, propose a content plan, cut highlights and short clips with captions, and set up a repeatable editing workflow for future events.

Our process

How a Photo & Video engagement runs.

Process
  1. 01

    Brief

We discuss the purpose, audience, placements and tone, and look at examples of work you like and dislike.

  2. 02

    Plan

A shot list, schedule, location notes and any scripts or talent arrangements are prepared and approved before the shoot day.

  3. 03

    Shoot

Filming and photography take place to schedule, with calm direction and attention to your operations, premises and people.

  4. 04

    Edit and retouch

Selections are made, footage is cut and graded, images are retouched, and a first version is shared for review.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Final files are named, organised and exported for each intended use, with usage notes so your team knows what to use where.

The kind of result to expect.

We do not promise figures. Results depend on your starting point, so we agree what success looks like before work begins.

  • A visual identity built on your own people, premises and work rather than generic imagery.
  • Consistent quality across the website, proposals, social channels and printed material.
  • Video that explains the service clearly and has a defined place to be used.
  • A library of organised assets that supports campaigns well beyond the day of the shoot.
  • Footage and photographs that are finished and ready, rather than sitting unused on a drive.

Questions we hear most.

We send a short checklist covering the schedule, clothing, location tidying and who needs to be present. A planning call beforehand usually settles the rest and keeps disruption to a minimum.

Usage rights are agreed in writing before the project begins. Typically the client receives the right to use the finished material for the agreed purposes, and we note any third-party elements such as music or models that carry restrictions.

Yes. We can review existing recordings and photographs, edit them into finished pieces and advise on any gaps worth filling with a short additional shoot.

Where aerial footage would add value, we plan it as part of the project. Such filming depends on location, permissions and applicable rules, so we confirm feasibility during planning and do not assume it will always be possible.

We agree a defined review round for each deliverable in the proposal. Further changes beyond that scope can be accommodated and are discussed openly beforehand.
