OmniSphere

From a tangled problem to a working solution.

Every Omnisphere engagement follows five stages. The method is consistent; the work inside each stage is tailored to your business and to the division involved.

The Omnisphere method

Understand the business before proposing anything.

We start by listening. We learn how the business earns its revenue, who does what, which tools are in use and where people feel friction. The aim is a shared, honest picture of today, built from conversations and from the actual documents, systems and workflows rather than from assumptions.

  • Leadership and team conversations
  • Walk-through of key workflows and tools
  • Review of existing documents, systems and data
  • Clarifying goals, constraints and budget range

You receive: Discovery summary · Initial list of questions and risks

Principles we hold to.

  • Diagnose before prescribing

We will not propose software, a campaign or a restructure until we understand the problem it is meant to solve.

  • The simplest thing that works

If a change to a process solves the problem, we will not sell you a system. Technology is used where it earns its place.

  • Clear scope and honest limits

You see what is included, what is not, and what it will cost before work begins. If something is outside our remit, we say so.

  • Handover, not dependency

We document what we build and train your people, so you are never held hostage to our involvement.

The five stages in detail.

  1. Stage 1

    Discover

Understand the business before proposing anything.

We start by listening. We learn how the business earns its revenue, who does what, which tools are in use and where people feel friction. The aim is a shared, honest picture of today, built from conversations and from the actual documents, systems and workflows rather than from assumptions.

    What happens

    • Leadership and team conversations
    • Walk-through of key workflows and tools
    • Review of existing documents, systems and data
    • Clarifying goals, constraints and budget range

    You receive

    • Discovery summary
    • Initial list of questions and risks
  2. Stage 2

    Diagnose

Find the cause, not just the symptom.

Most operational problems have a root cause that sits somewhere upstream of where it is felt. We analyse what we have learned, separate the issues that matter commercially from those that merely irritate, and test our reading with you before anything is designed.

    What happens

    • Process and handover mapping
    • Identifying bottlenecks, duplication and manual rework
    • Assessing risk, compliance and dependency points
    • Ranking issues by business impact and effort

    You receive

    • Findings and priorities
    • Scope options with trade-offs
  3. Stage 3

    Design

Shape a solution that fits how you actually work.

We design the simplest solution that solves the diagnosed problem: a revised process, a system configuration, a website structure, a content plan or a combination. You see it, challenge it and approve it before work begins, including what it will cost and what it will not do.

    What happens

    • Target process and system design
    • Selection of tools, only where tools are needed
    • Plan, milestones, responsibilities and budget
    • Agreement on how success will be recognised

    You receive

    • Solution design
    • Delivery plan and agreed scope
  4. Stage 4

    Implement

Build, configure and hand over properly.

We carry out the agreed work in manageable stages, keeping you informed and involved. Where people need to change how they work, we train them and document the new way, so the result is something your team can operate without us.

    What happens

    • Build, configuration and migration
    • Testing with the people who will use it
    • Training and written documentation
    • Controlled go-live and early support

    You receive

    • Working solution
    • Documentation and handover
  5. Stage 5

    Optimise

    Review, refine and keep improving.

A good solution is never finished on launch day. We review how it is working in practice, fix what needs fixing, and identify the next sensible improvement. Many clients keep a lighter ongoing relationship for maintenance and continued support.

    What happens

    • Post-launch review with your team
    • Adjustments based on real usage
    • Maintenance and support arrangements
    • Roadmap for the next improvements

    You receive

    • Review notes
    • Ongoing support option

Tell us what is slowing the business down.

A first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We will listen, ask the awkward questions and tell you plainly whether and how we can help.
